On 18 and 19 May 2011, the 1992 Fund Secretariat took part in a training seminar on liability and compensation for maritime claims, organised by the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) for representatives of 19 European States. It delivered, among other lectures, a presentation on the 2010 HNS Protocol.
